| Commitment |
It will take time to reach your goals. Please commit yourself to completing your lessons and spending the time necessary to do so. |
| Consistency |
Students do need to attend each sesson for which they are scheduled. Regular attendance produces maximum growth. If attendance is inconsistent, you will be asked to withdraw from the program. |
| Tardiness |
Our lessons run every 30 minutes. If you are late for your lesson, you will receive instruction up to your scheduled time. If the instructors are running late, you will receive your full scheduled time. No reimbursements or make-ups will be given for tardiness. |
| Make-Ups |
You are allowed ONE make-up per quarter (ie: January-March, April-June,
July-September and October-December). If a make-up is not used within a quarter, it will carry forward to the following quarter, however, you cannot use a quarterly make-up
in advance. If you schedule a make-up lesson and cancel it, the lesson is no longer owed to you and may not be rescheduled. Any cancellations after allowed make-ups
will be at the expense of the student.
NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO NOTICE...MEANS NO MAKE-UP!

| Weather |
NYSM does not always close when the public schools are closed. Please call when the weather looks questionable, as our telephone message will have any closing message. Our phone number is 845-778-7594. We will make up lessons missed when driving is unsafe. |
| Instructor Absence |
Substitute instructors will be availble in the absence of permanent instructor. In the event that a substitute is not available, a make-up lesson will be scheduled. |
| Payments |
Tuition is $110.00 per month, regardless of a 4 or 5 week month, and is due othe 1st week of each month of your scheduled day.
A LATE FEE OF $15.00 WILL BE ADDED IF NOT RECEIVED BY THE 15th!!
$25.00 fee for returned checks. |
